NZVel Terms and Conditions

Thanks for using NZVel Subscription, please take a moment to read our Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse subscription orders at our discretion. Your subscription is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your subscription or any of the benefits associated with AutoShip to any third party unless agreed to by NZVel.

If any problems arise with the shipping address or payment method associated with your subscription order, we will notify you via e-mail using the address associated with your subscription asking that you resolve the problem to reactivate your subscription. Your subscription will be placed on hold and no additional orders will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved.

If we are not able to send any item of your order because of a problem with your account, including billing problems, we will notify you via e-mail using the e-mail address associated with your subscription. In such case, your AutoShip subscription will be automatically suspended and no additional AutoShip orders will be processed or shipped until the problem has been corrected.

The total cost charged to your credit card for each AutoShip order will be the cost of the item on the day the order is processed less the AutoShip discount. Please note that once an order has shipped, it is considered the property of the customer.

The charge for each shipment will be billed to the credit card used to create your subscription and to place your initial subscription order. If the credit card becomes invalid at any time during the subscription period or if the charge is otherwise rejected, we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your subscription notifying you that the subscription has been placed on hold and requesting that you update your payment information. Your subscription will remain on hold and no additional orders will be processed or shipped until the information is updated or subscription cancelled.

NZVel will use all reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the NZVel website and services. This will be subject to any maintenance when required as determined by NZVel administrators. NZVel shall not be liable and takes no responsibility for any internet or system unavailability generally, or for any loss whatsoever that is incurred as a result of the NZVel website or services being unavailable.


PRIVACY POLICY.

Our site uses forms for information requests and orders. Contact information from all forms (including name, address, email address, payment info, etc.) is used to process and deliver orders and mail information about our company to our customers. At no time will we share any of this information with any other person or company.


NZVel does not sell, trade, rent, or reveal your personal information to others, period.  We can also assure you that NZVel does not provide your personal address, phone number, email address, or credit card information to any other outside party. All transactions are made through PayPal or credit card transactions.

If you are still sceptical about placing your order online, you may place your order over the phone. Cheque, Bank Deposit and PayPal money transfers are accepted.

We do not use, nor do we condone the use of unsolicited bulk email. We take this issue very seriously. We do email our customers with order confirmations, and periodically information about product specials, new product announcements, and follow-ups to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
